Wrong item? Doesn't fit? No problem!

Send us an email at contact@kamicat.com to get started. We will send you instructions on how to send your return items. Include the following information in your request for a return label:

  1. Order number or full name + email address
  2. Address the item will be shipped from
  3. Kami Cat account email address

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you need a return shipping label, please make sure it is re-sealed in its original packaging and we’ll send you a return shipping label if return is eligible. 

If you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
